香嵐渓の傍にある、魚を塩焼きにしてくれるお店。
私は捕れたばかりの鮎をお願いしました。
近くのお店でお豆腐を食べたばっかりだったので、焼き鮎の小を頼みました。
店内の大きな釜でじっくりと焼きあげてくれるので、外はパリパリ中はとってもジューシーに仕上がります。
注文した後で店主の方に聞いたのですが、やっぱりサイズが大きい鮎のほうが身がしまっていておいしいそうです。
小さくても十分おいしかったので、今度はぜひランチできたいですね☆
