This is our most popular dish, and has been well-received by our customers for many years since we opened. The deciding factor is the special demi-glace sauce. By continuing to brew the beef from the time it opens, we are able to create a deep flavor and a mellow aroma that fully brings out the deliciousness of Kuroge Wagyu beef.
