It's about a 5-minute walk from Mikawa Toyota Station, near the intersection of Prefectural Route 491 and Aichi Loop Railway behind the Toyota Motor Parking lot. According to the pattern I've had so far, I prefer to eat it plain and crispy rather than with dashi chazuke, so I tend to eat less of it with dashi chazuke. Pour the dashi tea into a bowl and serve with the dashi chazuke. The dashi stock with a hint of kelp makes the kakiage moist and smooth. It has a nice fluffy flavor.It's quite tasteful and nice. The batter was moist and still had a slightly crunchy texture, making it the perfect finishing touch. It was a really nice lunch. I am completely full and satisfied. Still, I personally prefer eating it with a regular kakiage bowl. Dashi chazuke might be the best way to finish off a night of drinking beer.
