土地勘もないところで、食べログ頼りに駅と離れる方へ。
一よしさんへ伺います。
今日のおすすめにある、なす焼きや、なすの味噌田楽に魅力を感じながらビールを待っていたら、付出しに二種類のなす。なすの漬物と煮浸し。と言うことで、オーダーは別のものへ。
鯖の薄造り、しそ味噌やっこ、その後日本酒を蓬莱泉、久保田と片口で頼みました。
自家製のしそ味噌は豆腐に合い美味いです。
鯖の薄造りも丁寧な仕事が味に貢献してます。軽く酢で〆てあります。ミョウガがいい塩梅です。
日本酒も進み、追加でハモの落としと鯛のお頭焼きを頼みました。
ハモも丁寧にに料理しており、梅肉ダレとすごく合います。
鯛も安定感ある酒との相性。美味しいです。
一人だったので、やや高めになりました（5000円超）が、二、三人だったら3000円台におさめられた気がします。
女将さんも一人で来ていることを気にしてくれて、ちょいちょい話しかけてくれました。その場所で三十年お店をやってるそうです。
広さは普通の店舗ですが、私含めて三組のお客さんが早めからいて、繁盛店のようでした。
難を言えば、日本酒の揃いがイマイチです。入手が比較的簡単で地元に近い九平次とかあると個人的には嬉しいなー。
