２０１９年６月５日（水）のランチで訪問
出張業務のついでに、「一よし」を訪問した。
鉄火丼１，０００円（税込）を注文した。
鉄火丼
筋ばかりの赤身の漬けに、みょうが、ネギをかけたもの
提供されたときは、正直なところ、筋ばかりで食べられないと思った。しかし、漬けの具合なのか、職人の技なのか、それなりに味わえるものだった。たまり醤油は甘目だった。
この日は、納期が迫っていた調査書を作成していたが、午後から体調が悪化（言うまでもないが、このお店とは無関係）して作業は進まなかった。薬を持ってくるのを忘れてしまい、終業時刻早々に帰宅することにした。
