この日は豊田市でのお仕事。
お昼も豊田市内で頂きました。
行って来たのは、豊田市日之出町の「一よし」。
割烹・小料理のお店です。
お店に着いたのは、開店直後の11時45分頃。
私がこの日の最初のお客でした。
その後もパラパラと来客が有り、
気付けば7分程度まで席が埋まりました。
注文はランチメニューから天丼を選択。
御飯はいつもの様に、少な目でお願いしました。
15分程で天丼が仕上がりました。
天丼のネタはエビ、エノキ、舞茸、
さつま芋、南瓜、大葉だったでしょうか。
天ぷらの出来としては、今一つに感じます。
ただ衣を付けて揚げるだけが天ぷらでは有りません。
タレはちょっと甘味が強め。
ザラメを使用している様ですが、
もう少し量を控えた方が良いかと思います。
ちょっと残念な天丼でしたね。
添えられた漬物は何だか薬臭かったです。
