豊田市浄水の新興住宅地の中にあります
日本料理 水嶋
今晩はここでちょっと遅めの母の日
店内も落ち着いた雰囲気で
個室も母にはテーブルがありがたい
さてお料理は先ずは先付け
手作りごま豆腐に雲丹です
次は椀物 みる貝と若芽のお澄まし
いい出汁が出てます
焼物はすでにカマスが鮮やか青豆のソースで
アマダイと若玉蜀黍、とまとの煮浸し
これはお初です くり蟹をジュレで頂きます
しろえびのかき揚げ 好物です
お食事は土鍋で鯛めしです
赤だしとぬか漬けが薄味鯛めしに合います
デザートはふわふわアイスでした
お酒も飲みましたが
翌朝スッキリのお料理でした
