8月6日にオープンした新しいお店です
JAあいち松平のすぐ隣にあります。
ここは、シュプールという喫茶店があった場所です。
建物はシュプールそのままですね。
内部についても記憶ではほぼ変わっていない気がします。
個人的にはシュプールに思い入れがあるのですが
それはまた別の話。
ランチの時間は込み合います。
まだバイトさんが手馴れてません。
ものの並べ方や配置に修正が入り時間が掛かります
ランチのメニューは
ビーガンであったり大豆ミート等を使用した
精進料理とまではいきませんが、かなり健康志向の
ものが多いです。
場所が場所なのに夜は懐石料理かまたはバルになって
地酒やソフトドリングが飲めるという少し不思議なお店です。
店内には茶箱がいくつかあるのですが、お茶を使った品は
それ程多くない気が。。 お茶は豊田産だそうです。
ランチは最初に黒豆茶が出ます。
豆禅ランチ 1,280円
八寸、口取、湯葉と本日の刺身
天ぷら、茶わんむし、小鉢
ご飯、みそ汁、つけもの
小鉢の枝豆の白和えは美味しかったですが
刺身ははまちと思われますが、これははっきりダメダメ
あとは切り干し大根がちょっと...という感じです
ご飯は美味しいですね
大豆ミートの唐揚げ定食（ネギじょうゆ）1,150円
大豆ミートの食感はかなり鶏肉に近いです
私の知ってるものよりはしっかり油を
使用している感じです。
ターゲットは健康志向の女性なんだろうなと思います。
なかなか難しそうなところですので
是非とも頑張って欲しいお店です。
