鰹出汁がしっかり濃く出ていて、意外と良い。

名前の通り、熱々で提供。
中身がぎっしり詰まっています。
別皿のチリソースはほんのりピリ辛。

ソリレスという稀少部位は初めて聞いた。
ねっとり甘めのタレに添えられた一味をたくさんつけて食べるのが酒に合う。

鶏や海藻類のあっさり塩ラーメン。
麺は柔らかめだった。
⚫︎ポテトフライ (590円)
熱々の揚げたてで提供されます。
居酒屋に行くと必ず頼む。
これをつまみながらレモンサワーを飲むのが日課。
⚫︎カニ唐揚げ (920円)
どんなビジュアルで来るか分からなかったが、足や甲羅のついた小さいカニが揚げられている。
パキパキした食感が食べやすくクセになる。

トッピングいくらは基本、どのメニューにも追加できる。
本当は海鮮ユッケにトッピングしたら映えると思ったが、なかったのでお茶漬けに。
たくさんトッピングしてくれたから、目の前でいくらをかけてくれたほうが楽しそう。
アルコール類はサワーとハイボールが通常のところより種類が多かったです。
サワーは10種類以上ありました。
飲み放題にすると2時間で980円なので
若い客層も多く、
また、個室に案内してもらえたのもよかった。
個室ではない席もあったが、丸テーブルが広めの感覚で配置されており
少しオシャレなフレンチなどのレストランのような雰囲気になっていました。
居酒屋だけど内容がとてもオシャレなので
大人な方でもしっとり雰囲気で飲めそう。
