愛知県豊田市美山町『Reveur(レヴール)』さん
レヴールの矢田シェフが
名古屋市北区大曽根で4年間お店をやられた後、
豊田、みよし市のお野菜に魅了されて
豊田市に一軒家フレンチのお店を
2022/12/1移転OPENされました
場所は豊田インターから近くの
住宅地の中にあり、まさかこんなところに
フレンチのお店が❣️って思いましたよ
矢田シェフは以前に
東区で予約困難店フレンチ ルピニョンさんで
修行された後色々経験を積まれて～大曽根でお店を
開業され12月に豊田市へ移転されたとの事。
店内へ入ると木の温もりを感じる
素敵な空間でワンオペのため
現在はランチ、ディナー共に2組のみだそうです

拘り、どのお料理にもお野菜がたっぷり使われていてお野菜大好きな私達にとって
めちゃくちゃ嬉しいお野菜が主役のフレンチコースをいただくことができました❣️
自家製パンも凄く美味しくて
お魚もパリッと焼かれて香りもよく
お肉は脂っこくなくシェフがさっぱりとした
ソースをかけてくださってお肉の美味しさも
堪能できましたよ
最後はさっぱりと
ラ・フランスのコンポートのデザート
ティーカップまでもがステキです☕
矢田シェフのお人柄はとてもにこやかで
お話好きの方のようです✨✨
