For this reason, we have secured a unique route for sourcing horse meat from a genuine horse meat specialty store in Kumamoto, so you can enjoy rare parts of horse meat that you won't find anywhere else, such as heart, tongue, liver, skirt steak, and fillet ♪ A classic dish eaten with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce.
