The seafood we purchase every week from Yanagibashi Central Market is carefully selected from seasonal fish and wild fish. You can enjoy the deliciousness with the "Assorted Sashimi". We use carefully-raised meat such as Kinsou chicken fed with pyroligneous vinegar, potato pigs, and Aichi ducks. The seasonings that go well with the roasted pork, such as Himalayan rock salt, salt malt, and green onion miso, are also appealing.
