The main ingredient is eel from Isshiki, Aichi Prefecture. After being prepared after ordering, they are coated with a secret sauce that has been added to the sauce for many years, and then grilled slowly using the strong firepower of Kishu Bincho charcoal. This dish is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it a truly delicious dish! In addition to a la carte dishes such as ``Ippon Eel'', ``Unadon'', ``Oke Mabushi'', and ``Umaki'', we also offer a variety of course meals.
