Our proud Monjayaki is characterized by its light flavor created from bonito, chicken bones, and a secret soup stock. We are particular about the ingredients used, and by using a secret soup stock to bring out the flavor without using any salt, we offer the unique taste of Ichiya Honten. Among them, the most popular is the special set of ``mentaiko, cheese, and mochi.'' This is a great product that you must try when you visit!
