For the soy sauce flavor, we use carefully selected soy sauce from Gifu Prefecture, so you can enjoy the rich flavor. Furthermore, we use beef offal from Nagano Prefecture. It has no odor and has an excellent texture. The stylish restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and there are table seats, sunken kotatsu tables, and counter seats, so it can be used for a variety of occasions.
