Chef◆Chef Hamashima, Chairman of the Gibier Association
Born in Nagoya in 1976. Since he spent his childhood reading cookbooks instead of picture books and actually enjoying cooking, he naturally decided to become a chef. After graduating from Iwazu High School's International Culinary Arts Department, joined Meitetsu Hotel. After working as a French cuisine chef for about 13 years, he studied cooking in about 20 countries. After returning to France, he opened “Chetomo” in 2016.
