Food Exquisite Yakiniku (Grilled meat) marinated in traditional fir sauce
The reason Yakiniku (Grilled meat) doesn't need any sauce is because the sauce that has been passed down from generation to generation for 130 years is thoroughly mixed into the meat. Bake and enjoy as is without adding anything. The secret behind the deliciousness of the hand-kneaded sauce lies in the fermented rice malt and the secret ingredient, Hatcho miso, a local specialty of Okazaki.
