We use Bincho charcoal to grill a variety of carefully selected ingredients. The specialty is Shinkoyaki, a bone-in chicken that is a specialty of Asahikawa in Hokkaido. The flavor of homemade soy sauce and charcoal-grilled bone-in chicken will whet your appetite. We also offer grilled foie gras, Nagoya Cochin, eel, and Takoyaki, all with the theme of commitment and surprise.
