Dinner at Butagin in Higashi Okazaki♪ It's on the third floor of the building where Yakiniku (Grilled meat) IZURE is located. Please take off your shoes. It's a completely private room, so you can relax in your own private space♪ In addition to the famous letta-shabu, there's a variety of other dishes on the menu, from Seafood to Fried food.・Lettuce sirloin set 1 serving ¥1780 (orders start from 2 people) ・Sashimi ¥1580 ・Fried lotus root sandwich ¥580 ・Edamame ¥380 ・Pork salad ¥680 ・Additional green onion ¥280 ・Additional offal ¥680・Additional Pork Shoulder Loin ¥780 ・Additional Three Pieces of Meat ¥680 The meat for letta shabu was shoulder loin, sirloin, and three pieces of meat. There are 4 types of shabu shabu soups. I chose two types, Pork Secret Soup and Sichuan Hot pot, but Hot pot was spicier than it looked.It felt like the spiciness was clinging to the folds of the lettuce.So I just ate the Pork Secret Soup. It came with lettuce, so I probably didn't have to order a salad.But the lettuce was so big that it was perfectly cooked, and the soup tasted so good that I could have eaten as much as I wanted✨✨✨ Lettuce shabu was super delicious and I think I'll get addicted to it.
