First, I ordered the recommended pork shoulder loin.I was also able to choose the hotpot soup, and I had it in two colors: secret soup and soy milk.There was also a spicy soup, but I'm not a fan of spicy food, so the appetizer was lotus root and burdock kinpira, and potatoes.
