4月6日（土）は33回目の結婚記念日。
相方の母からお祝いということで鰻をご馳走していただきました。
まずは、トリビーですが、
今回は、鰻の食べ比べができる
鰻の食べ比べ御膳（￥4290）
をチョイスしました。相方は、櫃まぶし
便乗の連れも私と同じ御膳を選択。
こちらの店は食事には漬物バーが付いています。
料理到着までビールのお供は漬物となってこれは良いサービスです。
さて料理提供ですが、
鰻の頭より後ろから腹の真ん中付近まで蒲焼、それから尾までは白焼き。
鰻の白焼きは実は初めて。
ワサビと醤油でいただきます。
これは好みです。蒲焼と違った鰻の旨さが引き出されます。
鰻は腹開き、皮目がパリッとしていて関西風かな？
身は厚くなかったですが美味しくいただきました。
皿に乗っている時点で冷めるのが欠点ですね。
なかなか面白い料理で満足しました。
