Introducing the bartender: Kondo Koji Born in 1960, blood type A. Born and raised in Toyota City. Worked for a certain coffee manufacturer for three years, but instead of opening a coffee shop, he went into the world of alcohol. In 1983, he became independent at the young age of 23. He opened a pub that only served bourbon and beer. Five years later, in 1988, he opened Eight Faces (restaurant bar) in Higashi Kariya. In 2012, he moved from Higashi Kariya to in front of JR Kariya Station and changed the name to Dining Bar 8. He has been independent for 33 years now. Dining Bar Eight is a place where you can eat, drink, and enjoy the harmony of alcohol, food, and music, creating a "playground for adults." It is a place that is full of the bartender's particularities. We look forward to your visit. |
