麻辣刀削麺、醤油ラーメン、天津飯、若鶏のネギソース和えを食す。
初めての訪問。14時少し前にもかかわらず待ちがある。お得なランチセットもあるがせっかくなので単品で色々オーダー。
麻辣刀削麺
痺れや辛さはそれほどでもないが奥深い味わい。シナモンなど10種類の香辛料が使われているそう。麺はオーダーが入ってから削ってくれる。
醤油ラーメン
カツオ節が香るスープに柔らかなチャーシュー。単品で頼むと麺を刀削麺に変更が可能。
天津飯
残念ながらぬるめで味も薄め。
若鶏のネギソース和え
油淋鶏の様な味付け。細かい唐揚げをキャベツとネギと一緒にいただく一品。
