#Food A Taiwanese Cuisine restaurant in Anjo City. ``Fukugami Gen'' A cozy restaurant with 5 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for 1 person. The restaurant has a vintage feel, reasonable prices, and is perfect for a local Chinese restaurant. The 780 yen "Marato knife-cut noodle" comes with a small side of rice. It was different from knife-cut noodle I've ever eaten, but it was delicious. I didn't feel numb or spicy, but I felt a strong sour taste. The noodles have a chewy texture. "Taiwanese Ramen + Hot Pot Rice" is available on the lunchtime menu for 800 yen. It doesn't look red like Ajisen, but looks like regular Ramen. However, it is quite spicy when eaten.
