以前お昼に行ったら夜のみの営業ということで、
今日は夜にオジャマしました。
和食のお店をイメージしていましたが居酒屋さんですかね。
魚とお酒には拘りがあるようです。
漁師町のお店といった感じの店内はカウンターに3～4席と、
テーブルが2卓、小上がりに3卓ほど。
本日のオススメのチラシメニューや、
海鮮系のメニュー、おつまみ類はさすがに充実のラインナップ。
あれも、これも食べてみたいですね♪
お寿司もあり推測するに、特に穴子が推しとみました (笑)
そこで、「穴子天太巻き」8切れ 1200円を頼みます。
ハーフもありますがここは1本勝負で♪
軽く一杯いきたいところですが、
お茶を頼むとジョッキ型でくれました(^0^;)
大きなお皿にで～んと出来上がり。
両端は飛び出しております。
シャリにもタレがかかり、キュウリと玉子焼、シソの葉、
そして穴子天の中身になってます。
まず最初ににサクリっと感じますよ♪
天ぷらです、心地良い♪
そしてキュウリがポリポリと。
甘いタレが利いたシャリと海苔もなかなかのモノ。
続いてフワッとした、これまた甘さを感じる穴子天(^^)
ムフッ、旨いぜ !! 思った通りだ (^^)v
シソの葉もなくてはならないアイテム。
タッブリのガリも嬉しいですね。
こういうお店では食べたいものがいっぱい。
