新安城駅から徒歩5〜6分の位置にあるこちらの鰻屋さん。八千代病院の目の前です。
外観はとても高級感があり、入るのにすこしドキドキしてしまいました（笑）
内装も高級感があり、ちょっと背筋がシャンとしました(о´∀`о)
「六なぎ」と書いて「むなぎ」と読むこちらのお店。
うなぎの昔の呼び方だったそうです。
予約しておいたのでスムーズに案内していただきました。店員さんはサッパリした対応かな〜
わたしはある時から、初めて入るうなぎ屋さんのお店は、「櫃まぶし」では無く、「うな丼」を食べる‼︎をマイルールにしておりまして、今回は初訪問でしたのでうな丼をいただきました。
上うなぎ丼〈一尾〉…うなぎ一本、肝吸、香の物が付いて、税込4,290円です。
さらに、うなぎが卵に包まれた、鰻巻きも注文‼︎
先に鰻巻きが運ばれてきました。
ふわふわの卵に、うなぎが巻かれており、とても美味しい‼︎うなぎに味が無かったカナ?醤油とかタレとかつければよかったなぁと食べ終わってから後悔（笑）
うなぎ丼は、一尾ともなると、やはりアッパレ!な見た目である！＼(^o^)／
ツヤっとした見た目に、ワクワク‼︎美味しそう‼︎
写真より少しタレが少なめカナ。
机の上に追いダレ出来る様にタレが常備してあったので嬉しいポイント♫山椒もありましたよ⭐︎美味しい山椒でした^_^
皮はパリッとしており、鰻はムチっとしていて食べ応えがありました。ご飯のかたさはちょうど良く、美味しくいただきました。
タレの味も好きでした〜♪
