All of our Meat Dishes are cooked at low temperatures, as this method produces the most tender results. Although it looks red and raw, it is completely different from the traditional grilling method, in which the ingredients are vacuum-sealed and heated in hot water kept at a constant temperature, as if they were being slowly aged. It's a cooking method. By passing the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's heating and sterilization standards and carefully controlling the temperature of each item, we are able to provide our customers with the best quality, although it takes time.

We offer original dishes unique to meat cuisine, such as beef suki-shabu, assorted meat sashimi, and low-temperature-cooked Chinese vegetables steamed in a rock steamer, so you're sure to have a banquet like no other. All-you-can-drink is also available for each course + 1,500 yen. We also have a wide variety of drinks that go well with our delicious dishes, so please enjoy them.
