Yasushi Asaoka is a general with a career as a professional boxer. When I retired, I decided that I wanted to give back to the people who raised me and cared for me, and I decided to dedicate my life to that end. After instinctively deciding to open Yakiniku (Grilled meat), I spent every day training. After gaining 6 years of experience at a top Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant and butcher shop, I was able to open a store in my hometown of Anjo City in December 2020. We will continue to devote ourselves to the future with the passionate desire to "make our customers happy" that has persisted since our founding.
