Our Tonkatsu is made under the supervision of a chef from restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide, using carefully selected ingredients and slow frying at a low temperature to bring out the flavor of the meat to its fullest and make it tender.
Food homemade udon
The homemade noodles, which are made with Osaka udon shipped directly from our own noodle factory in Seto City every day, and the best parts of Kyushu udon, have a unique chewy texture. The soup stock is made from 5 types of shaved bonito flakes from Amakusa, Kumamoto, and is made with great care.
