Because we operate a meat wholesale business, we offer cooking methods that take advantage of the goodness of the meat. We especially recommend the ``specialty'' charcoal-grilled ``beef hitsumabushi,'' made with sirloin beef carefully selected by a meat professional! This is a combination that brings out the natural flavor of rice and meat to the fullest. Please enjoy it with wine that is said to go well with Meat Dishes. In addition to glasses, we also have a variety of bottles available. We also offer Master's Dream Barrel Draft, a beer made with carefully selected ingredients and manufacturing methods.
