自分でヤマサのちくわが焼ける人気のでんでんさん
久しぶりに伺いました。

卓上コンロでちくわの焼き加減を見ながら自分でクルクル回します。
次の料理がきて写真撮ったり、話しに夢中になったり…油断するとすぐ焦げてしまいます。
なかなかちくわに集中出来ず真っ黒(^_^;)ですが 炭火焼きのちくわは香ばしく美味しかったです。
今月のおでんの"カレーおでん"は具沢山
ちくわ、豆ちくわ、厚揚げ、はんぺん、イワシ玉、大根、スナップえんどう、アスパラ、ヤングコーン、しらたき 等…
薄めのカレー味と出汁の旨味が広がりとっても美味しかったです。

なかなか焼き目がつかないなぁと思ってると 次のお料理がきて写真を撮る…気付いたら 焦げてる〜っていつもそんな感じ。
