昼間に旨い料理で飲む酒は格別ですね♪
愛知県に緊急事態宣言が発令される前の話です。
気になっていた「わっぽい」さんで昼飲み&〆ラーを楽しんで来ました。こちらは豊橋駅前の広小路通りにお店を構えこだわりの食材を使った料理が楽しめる居酒屋さんです。
店内1階は長いカウンターとテーブル席が数卓ありBGMは心地よいジャズピアノが流れています。では昼間という時間を忘れてしまう居心地が良い空間でゆっくりと料理とお酒を楽しみます。

まずはお通しとビールで始めます。お通しのつぶ貝本酢掛けはあしらいも素晴らしく料理に期待が膨らみます。
自家製もっちり豆腐はとてもクリーミーで白子の様な食感で塩と天つゆで美味しく頂きました。
1日5個限定の豆腐は食べてみる価値のある料理でしたね。
自家製だし巻き玉子は一番出汁の旨味を閉じ込めた優れもので日本酒との相性抜群でした。
〆で頂いたあいち鴨の純鴨ラーメンは鴨の旨味を凝縮された逸品でした。具材のあいち鴨のレアローストや白ネギも上品な味で一度は食べてみる価値のある一杯でしたね。このラーメンをツマミに冷酒やワインがとても合うと思いましたね。
因みに「あいち鴨」は国産の合鴨で豊橋市郊外で飼育されているブランド鴨です。都内であいち鴨をメインで料理を手掛ける鴨一ワイン酒場SUNさんは素敵なお店と聞きますね。因みにあいち鴨のブランド商品を手掛ける地元の鳥市精肉店でも小売りが可能ですよ。
日曜日の昼間に旨い料理とお酒が楽しめる居酒屋は貴重な存在でしたね。お勘定はトータルで4000円超えの贅沢なランチとなりましたがこの内容で安いと感じさせてくれる店主こだわりの料理に大満足でしたね。
緊急事態宣言が解除になったらまた昼飲みと〆ラーを楽しんで来ようかな♪

It's been a while since I last went to my favorite Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), ``Sosakubi Wappoi''. This restaurant is located along Hirokoji Street near the east exit of Toyohashi Station, and is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy Creative Cuisine in a Japanese style. I stopped by without a reservation on the weekend while barhopping, but luckily there was an empty seat, so I decided to stop by. As a solo guest, I sit in a corner of the counter and enjoy my food and drinks. [b:[Ordered food & drinks] 《Food》 ◇Tuna and sea bream sashimi (half) ◇Agedashi tofu ◇Appetizer (grilled chicken with cheese) 《Alcohol》 ◇Sake (Fukui Shuzo Junmaishu Fuku) ◇Beer Nakabin (Akaboshi)] The sashimi platter was very delicious and the dishes and decorations were wonderful. The order for the sashimi platter was for two people, but since I was alone, I asked the owner if this was a problem, and he made me a sashimi platter with half tuna and half sea bream. Thank you for listening to my drunk father's selfishness. I remembered how delicious the soup stock was when I visited before, so I ordered the fried tofu. The visuals were great, and the fried tofu with the elegant dashi soup went perfectly with the sake and was very delicious. The sake I chose is Junmai sake from Fukui Sake Brewery, which has a sake brewery in Toyohashi City. There are about 3 types of sake available here, so you can order by the glass instead of just one go, so it would be a good idea to compare the drinks. Last time I visited, I had Ramen made with Aichi duck, a branded duck raised in Toyohashi, and I was very impressed with the owner's commitment to local production and local consumption, using locally sourced ingredients and sake. hey. They have also started an interesting project called ``Funbero'' where you can enjoy all-you-can-drink for 20 yen per minute by registering on the store's app, which is limited to certain days of the week (Sunday to Thursday). The restaurant has a dining space up to the third floor, which can be used depending on the number of people. On this day, I stopped by on my way to have a drink and didn't have much time to eat or drink, so next time I'd like to stop by the first restaurant and sit back and enjoy it.
