The recommended dish is the [Kuroge Wagyu Beef Kalbi], which uses the highest grade A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef. We offer it at an overwhelmingly reasonable price of around 600 yen per person. When ordering, be sure to enjoy it with our homemade dipping sauce. This is our uniquely developed "secret sauce" that brings out the maximum flavor of the meat. Also, please enjoy the Kuroge Wagyu Cow tongue. Because the seitan is hand-cut in restaurant without being frozen, the taste is comparable to that found in high-end restaurants. You can also enjoy this at a reasonable price.
