愛知県豊橋市、豊橋駅から徒歩4分の場所にあるレストラン。
妻の仕事復帰前にゆっくり食事をと言うことでこちらへ。
この日は他のお客さんは1組3名、合計五人の客にワンオペで対応されてました。
ランチのコースで4品プラスデザート、コーヒー。どれもすばらしく綺麗で美味しい料理でした。特にわさびのソースの肉料理が好みでした。
接客もとても丁寧で好感が持てました。ワインの提案の仕方、退店時の見送り方など、しっかりされてるなぁと思いました。
なお、ランチはクレジットカード使用不可との事でした。
是非また夜や違う季節にも訪問したいと思います。
