Hamayaki and Sushi Seafood Bar Hoi Hoi Toyohashi Branch is located along an alley about a 3-minute walk from the east exit of JR Toyohashi Station. I visited on a night when I was staying in Toyohashi in late July. The restaurant has a total of 38 seats including counter seats and table seats. I was guided to the farthest seat at the counter. First, I looked at the menu on the table with a glass of "malts raw" in hand. The menu has a lot of unusual names for Creative Cuisine, and as an old man, it's embarrassing to order them out loud (#^.^#) On this day, I ordered "Live Domestic Clams" (768 yen) I ordered ``Gout Oyster'' (1,100 yen including tax) and ``German Potatoes'' (658 yen including tax). ``Live domestic clams'' are grilled in a tabletop roaster. The clams had a nice aroma of burnt soy sauce and were delicious. ``Gout Oyster'' is a dish in which gout warning ingredients such as salmon roe, red bean liver, and sea urchin are placed on top of Oyster. Even though I felt guilty, I enjoyed it (>_<) Tehe ``German potato'' is a fragrant potato salad topped with lots of garlic chips. It was a delicious snack that goes well with alcohol. On this day, I drank two glasses of "Jasmine High" and paid the bill. Thank you for the meal.
