愛知県蒲郡市の住宅街にお店を構える料亭。
昭和49年に創業した老舗であり、宴会や冠婚葬祭等の様々な行事などでも利用されているお店です。
■メニュー
お料理はコース・アラカルトのどちらでもオーダー可能。
松茸や蟹などの高級食材を扱ったお料理から、気軽に頂けるおつまみ系のメニューまで、幅広いラインナップがあります。
この日はアラカルトで、下記のお料理を頂きました。
・鱈の白子の天ぷら
・お刺身盛り合わせ
・カキフライ
・イワシの煮付け
・赤座海老の焼き物
・生ホタテの天ぷら
・豚の角煮
・トンテキ
・グラタン
・あおさのお茶漬け
■感想
近隣に住んでいる友人からオススメされたこちらのお店。
風情溢れる洗練された店内で、片肘張らずに美味しいお料理が楽しめる料亭でした。
特に印象に残っているのは、初めに登場したお刺身の盛り合わせ。
都内で食べるお刺身と比べて、全体的に弾力があり、寝かす技術も非常に高いものばかりです。
とくにメヒカリのお刺身は臭みが一切なく、なめらかな食感と脂の旨味が堪らない一品。
たまに唐揚げで頂くことはありますが、お刺身で食べられることに驚きました。
大将自慢のあおさ茶漬けもコチラではマストで頂きたい一品。
出汁の取り方にこだわっているようで、雑味が一切なく上品な味わいが印象的です。
磯の香りが強くありながらも、全体的には優しくまとまっており、締めとして最適なお料理でした。
今度は鍋なども食べてみたいと思います。
