・カキフライ
一粒がデカすぎる！！
この価格でこのポーションの大きさは都内で、、、いや、蒲郡以外ではあり得ない！！
カキフライの揚げ方で、天ぷらなどの揚げ物への期待もさらに浮上しました。
・白子天ぷら
冬のシーズンが来ると、やはり食べたくなってしまう白子天ぷら！うえむらのは質がいい、なぜかは食べたらわかりますが、衣のザクザクとした食感と濃厚で程よいとろみがかった白子が絶妙に美味い！大根おろしと生姜との相性も素敵です。
・刺身
東京都内で全く見たことがないメヒカリの刺身を堪能できます。ぜひ、料亭うえむらに行った際には注文して欲しい一品！天ぷらもあるみたいなので、さまざまなメヒカリを食べてください！！
久しぶりの地元凱旋！
懐かしの味、トンテキも食べれてよかったです。
お店の前には10台ほど入る駐車場もあり、利用しやすいです。
