某寿司店の訪問前にメニューを見て予習していたところ無性に生のエビが食べたくなったけど、生のエビと言えば赤座エビ

ネット検索するも記事はほぼどれも10年前で今食べられる店が分からない(蒲郡のホテルなら食べられる雰囲気)
そしたら2月のうえむらさんの投稿画像にどうみても赤座エビのお造りが
さらに探すと板長おすすめメニューに赤座エビが記載
さらに店の投稿したメニューにも赤座海老と！ 灯台下暗し
これは行くっきゃないと予約しました
「アカザエビが食べたいんです」という意味不明の予約をしました
蒲郡駅から徒歩13分、開店前に到着
まだ15分あったので待っていると10分前に入店許可がでました嬉しい
ちゃんと予約席になってる席に案内され着座
日本酒2合(使った金額に含まず)
美味しくてホントに2合有ったか疑うスピードで完飲
季節の小鉢(ホタルイカと葉物)
赤座エビ握り2貫 ねっとり甘くエビでは一番好き
地物スミイカとキハダマグロ これも美味しい
赤座エビの頭の焼き物
穴子 美味しい
サクッと食べ帰宅しました、満足
