蒲郡市にあるうえむらに行ってきました＾＾
ここは日本料理屋です。
母からその土地の物を食べたいという要望を受け、三河湾で取れた新鮮な食材を提供していると謳っていたこのお店を選びました。
食べログ経由で予約をしたので、出てくる順番に関しては何となく把握していました。
おススメと書かれていた5,000円（税抜）のコースです。
八寸・旬の小鍋・あら煮・渡りガニ・炊合せ・焼き物・茶碗蒸し・揚げ物・季節の炊込み飯・赤出し・香の物・フルーツ
というラインナップです。
テーブルに案内され、先付けが既に用意されている状態だったのですが、出てくる順番のラインナップが書かれた表がなく、提供のタイミングで「刺身です」「ご飯ものです」といった見れば分かる情報を伝えられ私は終始困惑状態でした。
個人的に美味しかったのは刺身盛り合わせと焼き物（何の魚かは不明）、天ぷらとご飯もの（カラスミが乗ったお茶漬け）でした。
カラスミが乗ったお茶漬けはカラスミのしょっぱい味を楽しみつつ、出汁にひたったご飯を一緒に食べることで今まで体験したことがなかった風味を楽しめ非常に満足しました。
ただカニに関してはどこを食べればいいの？というくらい可食部が少なく、茶碗蒸しに関しては銀杏の代わりに白玉が入っており、デザートに関しては苺の隣にパセリが添えられているという何とも斬新な組み合わせでした。
緑色が欲しかったとはいえ、一応デザートなのでパセリの代わりにミントの葉が添えられていれば見た目が良かったのですが残念です。
