They have about 60 types of sake on offer, and their dishes, such as sashimi and grilled dishes that are carefully selected to go well with sake, are prepared with care using traditional methods without using any chemical seasonings. Their dishes include the stone-grilled Hinai Jidori chicken, which is lightly seared and eaten almost rare, Hinai Jidori chicken meatball skewers, their signature dish, grilled squid liver, a pickled daikon radish platter with an irresistible smoky aroma, and Yuki no Mesha Yamahai Junmai sake.
