古民家で静かに流れるJAZZを聴きながら、静寂に包まれた夜をまったり優雅に愉しめる秋田の郷土料理と地酒の店。約60種類の日本酒を取り揃えており、刺身や焼き物など、酒との相性を大切にした料理を、化学調味料を一切使わず、昔ながらの手法で真心を込めて調理、サッと炙ってほぼレアで食べる比内地鶏の石焼、比内地鶏つくね串、看板料理のイカゴロ肝焼き、スモークの香りがたまらないがっこ盛り合わせ、雪の芽舎 山廃純米などが美味しい。少量で種類をたくさん食べたければ、お値打ちコース料理として、4,000円と5,000円が用意されており、美酒佳肴を堪能できる！
