久々に行って見ました・・。
ココも２０年位前から定期的に訪問してるお店です・・。
他のレビュアーの方たちは秋田で和食なら三本指に入ると書かれてる方が多かったですね・・。
まー僕もそー思います・・。
とくに知名度では、「和食すがわら」かココかって感じでしょうか・・。
味付けも秋田らしからぬ上品な薄味で、女性や県外の人からも受ける味だと思います・・。
ですが・・僕の行く頻度はかなーり低いです・・(苦笑）
個人的な嗜好もあるのかもしれませんが・・まずはお酒・・。
写真の通り、日本酒の種類はかなーり有るんですが・・・・残念なことに、
昔からこのメニュー表は変わってません・・これってかなり珍しいことだと思います・・(苦笑）
秋田の酒蔵も毎年どんどん新しい試みをしてるし、他にも力をつけてきてる新興の
酒蔵もたくさん出てきています・・。
このぐらいのレベルの料理を供し、県外のお客さんも多いのならば、
お酒にももう少し拘ってもらいたいなーと思います・・・。
