膝の悪い方でも座れるよう、半椅子が完備されています。
お酒や料理についても十分接待で使えるレベルだと思います。
お刺身・茶碗蒸し、お魚、お肉などどれも技が光る料理といえます。
何かが突き抜けて凄いか と言われると そこまでかどうかは微妙ですが、
いろんな意味でバランスを問うのならちょうど良いお店であることは間違いありません。
でも秋田にいて思うのは、このレベルの店がふつう と感じてしまうことです。
東京や大阪に行けば、十分一流店として戦えると思いますよ。
それだけ秋田は和食はレベルが高いってことなんでしょう。
