とある会にて出席。並べられた料理は、それぞれフグが丁寧に料理された印象を受けました。
感動したのは茶碗蒸し。コースの3つ目に出てきたとき、ここで茶碗蒸しかと思いましたが、ここで茶碗蒸しは…正しい！
フグの白子が溶かれたこの茶碗蒸しはメインといってもいいくらい存在感がありました。
隠れた名店。人に教えたくない、でも、人に教えたいという葛藤が生まれます。
フグの唐揚げ、フグ刺、フグひれ酒とフグ三昧の贅沢な夜でした。
