秋田では珍しいフグ専門店にて・・。
2015年11月上旬 再訪・・。
写真を4枚追加しました・・。
初めてこの店でトラフグを食べました・・。
4キロ超の山形県産との事でしたが、身が引き締まり、シコシコとした食感が心地よく
流石に他の種のフグとは次元が違うなと思いました・・。
その他カナダ産のマツタケ、ソフトシエルクラブ、サバの押し寿司等、何品か出して
もらいましたが、一皿一皿以前よりも美味しく感じました・・。
ただ・・ただ、お酒や料理が出て来るのがちょっと遅すぎますね・・(^_^;)
店主は怠けてる訳じゃないし、スゴーク忙しそうにしてるから言いづらいんだけど・・・
でも供する速さも料理のうちだと思うので・・そこは何らかの改善策が必要かと思います・・。
僕はこー見えても辛口で、お店になかなか4点台の点数を付けることは無いんですが、
そこが出来れば、ココはそーいうレベルのお店になると思います・・。

いつもコースでは無く自分好みの単品でだけ頼むんで、結局被写体が同じになって
しまうんですよね・・(^_^;)
今回も行き当たりバッタリ訪問だったんで、トラフグは用意できないとの事でした・・。
まあしょうがないよね・・(^_^;)
アレは安くは無いし、予約客意外だと出るかわからないので仕入れしづらい食材だから・・。
でもこのヒガンフグのテッサだけでも十分に楽しめると思います・・。
店主は一人で調理してるので皿の出が遅めなのが難点ではありますが、
それ以外は不満は無いですね・・。
（あ、僕の場合座布団もう少し厚くしてもらえれば・・(^_^;)）
ということで、今度こそ予約してトラを食べに行きたいですね・・。

確か１０年ぶりぐらいの再訪・・・。
繁華街から離れてるし、座布団はあるけど直に床に座るような小上がりなので、
膝の調子があんまり芳しくない僕はしばらく足が遠のいてました・・・。
高級なトラフグから、マフグや彼岸フグ等安価なモノまで、コースによって
いろーんな種類のフグを取り揃えてるようです・・・。
トラフグは要予約でしか出せないらしく、僕は今回も行き当たりばったりでの
訪問だったのでその他のフグを単品でお願いしました・・・。
テッサ（フグ刺し）も唐揚げも、当然トラ程の感動は無いけど、ＣＰは悪くないし
多分秋田ではココでしか食べられない「てつやき（フグを焼肉みたいにしてタレをつけて鉄板で焼く）」
は、ねぎ塩味・醤油味・みそ味と三種あり、安価な河豚でも美味しく食べさせる工夫が
施されてるなと思いました・・・。
次回トラフグを食べてからチャンとした評価をしたいと思ってますが、現在の点数（3.06）は
あまりにも低すぎるなと思います・・・。
日本酒も拘りの感じられるモノが揃っています・・。

Revisited in mid-August 2023. Added two photos. Let's talk about last month, but during Obon, I brought my old man and my black friend to visit him. In a previous review, I wrote, ``This restaurant takes a long time to serve courses and drinks, so if they could improve that area, I think it would be a 4-star restaurant (one of the best restaurants in my opinion).'' However, when I visited this time, the hall staff were arranged appropriately, and I was able to enjoy my meal without any problems. Oh, the picture is of a natural tiger puffer fish caught off the coast of Aomori... After all, the potential of tiger puffer fish is unique, and I think the master was able to bring out the best in it.
