[New menu starts from July 15th! ] Akita, which is rich in nature, also knows the harshness of nature. "Kiritanpo hotpot" was developed by Matagi's emergency food culture, pickles such as "Iburigakko" were developed by preserved food culture created to survive the long winter, "Hatahata Sushi" is popular as a New Year's dish, and was once used as a purveyor to the feudal lord. Akita's cuisine includes Local Cuisine with exquisite flavors, such as Inaniwa Udon, which is said to be unpalatable to ordinary people.
