秋田旅行記2日目ランチ。
11:00開店で11:10に入店。
すでに3組のお客さん。
初めての稲庭うどん。
おすすめの冷うどんにしました。
サイドメニューにみそたんぽを添えてみました。
きりたんぽも初めて。
20分ほど待ち、ようやく着うどん。
さっそく生麺から。
すごいコシ！旨みも強く感じる。
次に乾麺。
若干コシが弱いか？でもほとんど変わらない。
こっちも美味しい！
みそたんぽも一口。
柔らかい焼きおにぎり的な？
うまい。
10分とかからず完食。
量はちょっと物足りない。
天ぷらもつければよかった。
残念だったのは、接客が酷かった。
いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございましたの挨拶は無し。
ずっと奥にいて呼ばないと出てこない。
新しいお客さんが来ても出てこない。
冷か温か確認しない、聞いてみると、言われなければ冷ですと。知らんがな。
