午後仙台で打合せ後、秋田へ移動。
秋田に来たのは、2X年ぶり？学生の頃以来。
同僚およびパートナー会社の方と夕食を、と入ったのは駅前のこの居酒屋。
入口は狭く、すぐに靴を脱いで下足箱へ。
狭い廊下を通り、部屋へ通されると4人用の個室へ。
どの部屋も個室になっている感じ。
隠れ家風ですな。
すると、部屋ごとに担当の店員がつくらしく自己紹介された。
飲み物はオーダー後、3分以内に持ってくる、とか。
サービスいいなぁ。
せっかくの秋田、そして大雪。
となれば、温まりたいので「きりたんぽ鍋」をオーダー。
注文した生ビールはホントにすぐに運ばれた。
ガラスのジョッキじゃなく、陶器みたいな入れ物。ま、いいか。
そして、鍋が運ばれたが・・・
きりたんぽって最後に入れるのか、というかこんな形？？
と思いながら、鍋が温まるのを待つ。
そして、温まった鍋へ投入！！
んーー、これもきりたんぽ鍋なんだろうか。
イメージと違いすぎて、びっくり。
お米感はあるけど、もう少しカリっとした食感とかあるのかと。。
よくわからなかったので、次回リベンジへ。
