南通にありながらなかなか行けなかった店。
…しえ。本当に、読み方が難しい。
コース料理6000円から、甲殻類、貝類抜きにしました。
普段見ない食材が多くて、のれそれ、ふくだち、きにら、かがやそう…などなど。何を言われてるのか理解に苦しみました(笑)
全体的に海鮮が目立っていて、海鮮が苦手な我々にはきついコースとなってしまいました(-_-;)
最初の十三湖のシジミ汁は、これから飲むにはぴったり。お陰で、日本酒をぐいぐいと頼みました。150mlをみんなでシェア～、一回に二種類頼んで次々と～。どれも旨い！県外酒もあってよいです。
もちろんメインのサワラや、鶏のコンフィ、浜名湖のしらすのパスタなど、美味しいものもたくさん。値段をあげると食材もよくなるようですが、予約の段階からわかってはいましたがやはり海鮮が魅力のお店なのか、
ワタシにはまだまだ慣れが必要です。
