ついに来ました！
コロナワクチン２回目…。(笑)
噂では２回目は熱が出るだの、具合悪くなるだの…。散々聞かされてます。
どうも！じゃあ具合悪くなる前に食べ歩きしようと走り回る僕です。(笑)
今回は秋田市八橋の居酒屋さん。
『和・食 陽・食 伊豆屋』
のランチにお邪魔しました。
駐車場は前に3台分くらいはあります。
混雑を避けようと少し早い11:30過ぎに訪問。
中に入るとテーブル二人掛けが三席、カウンター、座敷とあります。
一人なんでテーブル席を選びましたが、
最近暖かいので入口付近の席はストーブで暑いかも。
注文はランチメニューから
Bランチ (チキンカツ、ポテトサラダ)をチョイス。
5分くらいで到着。
まず、見た目は
チキンカツは大きさは通常、適度なサクサク感。
ポテトサラダはやや大盛。
ご飯は無料で大盛可。見た目十分。
味噌汁は豆腐、ワカメ、ネギ、ニンジン…。といろんな物が細かく刻んで入ってます。
肝心の味は
チキンカツにつくレモンがいい風味。
あっさり系が好きな私は、レモンと醤油で半分いただき、後半はソースで完食しましたが、揚げ具合、味ともに納得のうまさ。
ポテトサラダはなかなかのボリュームで、
味もかなり好み、オススメ！
ご飯はやや水分多め、ボリューム十分。
秋田こまち系が好きなら合うと思います。
味噌汁は具が細かい感じで、やや濃いめの味。
総評として
ランチメニューはコスパ、味ともに納得です。
あとは好みですが、ご飯がもう少し水分少なめで、味噌汁があっさりだといいかなと思いました。
